Current Database of Characters
This thread will be for the Characters involved in the RP. Some characters will not show up until they are actually going to be involved in the RP. Some abilities will not show up until they are seen. Additionally, some characters will have a generic sheet with just weapons since some will be mostly port overs from the games.
Edit: I will likely be adding some pictures in the near future to further show what these characters would look like. I think this'll be easier than trying to write a full physical description.

Re: Current Database of Characters
Name: Adrian Steiner
Age: 34
Physical Appearance: Tall and slender, Adrian is currently known to be wearing Blue Jeans along with a plain black shirt underneath a Black Military Tactical Vest. His appearance will change from time to time though.
Public History: Adrian is a bit of an enigma. According to his records, he is from Joplin, MO, and is the only living member of his family as of five years ago. It seems his hometown was struck by a large tornado that killed his parents. Beyond that, little is known about his younger days other than he attended Joplin Schools for education, and went to the University of Missouri at Columbia for college.
Upon graduating from College, Adrian went into the Delta Force for a few years, where he learned different combat techniques, and further honed his skills as a combat medic. However, for classified reasons, he left the military altogether after only three years.
After leaving the military, he returned back home before applying for a position with the S.T.A.R.S unit of Racoon City Police Department, located about 70 miles away and near the city of Springfield, MO. He was placed on the Alpha Team as their combat medic due to his previous experiences after S.T.A.R.S expanded to have a second team early in 1998. He would remain with that position until shortly after the early part of August 1998, when S.T.A.R.S officially was disbanded due to an incident in the nearby Arklay Mountains.
Despite this, it hasn't seemed he's hurting for money, suggesting he has some other source of income elsewhere.
Personal Belongings: Upon arriving in the city, Adrian has a 9mm Browning Handgun, a .44 Magnum, and a Remington Shotgun. He also has ammo for all of them. Additionally, he's acquired a military radio, which he has already programmed for use with the R.P.D units as well.
Reason for Visiting: Adrian lives in the city, but had left to get Delta Force involved for a fact gathering mission to prove Umbrella was responsible for the Arklay Incident, and now the outbreak in Racoon City. He was going to return as a guide with the team that was eventually agreed upon to go in, but when word got back to him that his former team mate, Jill Valentine, was still trapped in the city, he took off, promising to help the Delta Team if they crossed paths in the city.

Redacted History:
- Spoiler:
- Adrian is not even remotely close to being human, a fact only a small handful of people know, with most of them being the surviving S.T.A.R.S members. Adrian is actually an alien from another world, and an immensely powerful one at that.
His real name is Kor-Zod, the son of the last Kryptonian General, General Zod. His real parents of course are long dead, however his adoptive parents are still alive, but their location is a mystery, as well as their current identities.
Adrian has a wide assortment of powers at his disposal, some of which have been seen on display by S.T.A.R.S members, and at least one Delta Force commander got a very interesting show of his powers just 24 hours ago.
For starters, Adrian is far stronger than anything on the planet, capable of literally sending objects flying to space if he chose to go all out. Then there's his speed, which is at least super-sonic level if not greater, not to mention that he can effectively use this speed in combat when he so chooses to. He's incredibly durable as well, capable of surviving pretty much anything humans could throw at him such as buildings falling on him, or literally having bullets bounce off of him. Then of course there is his heat vision, capable of cutting items in half like a precision scalpel, or actually incinerating things on a larger scope.
He has other abilities even his friends who know what he is aren't aware of yet. Amongst them are Freeze Breath, the ability to literally fly, greatly enhanced intelligence, and possibly more that even he doesn't know about yet, as he is still learning just what he's truly capable of.
He also has several lifetime friends who aren't entirely human as well, capable of varying mystical arts, and who are extremely wealthy. Who are they though?

Re: Current Database of Characters
Name: Dustin Morris
Age: Approximately 30 years old
Physical Appearance: Average height male, complexion light but showing hits of tanned coloration, black hair with full beard and blue eyes. Current outfit consists of travel-worn jeans and off-white shirt with vest, leather boots, a duster, grey scarf-like wrap, an over the shoulder satchel, leather drop holster, and a wide-brimmed hat. Rough Picture.
Public History: The first notable instance of an encounter with Dustin Morris and the RPD was a Public Intoxication incident in late 1996. Responding Officer was Chris Redfield, who eventually 'recruited' the man as a Confidential Informant (CI). He's known to have some manner of income, believed to be earned through a combination of odd jobs and gambling winnings.
Very little is known for certain about his past, as what tidbits have been uncovered were proven false plants, suggesting the possibility of some kind of intelligence training. Dustin is known to speak multiple languages, as well as being able to mimic multiple accents. RPD officers who have extensive encounters with him have commented on him having the "thousand-yard stare" at times.
Personal Belongings: Replica coach gun in 00 12-gauge, Colt M1911, ammunition for both, leather shoulder bag (containing dog treats, four full paper match books, pincushion with needles, assorted figurines, tablets, cylinder seals, star chart books, and amulets) and a customized Zippo-type lighter in pocket.
Reason for Visiting: Dustin returned to Raccoon City after hearing about the troubles while in Europe, in part due to the request of Chris.

Redacted History:
- Spoiler:
- No details of Dustin's past, prior to his eighth birthday, will ever be found... Shortly before said date, the young child who would eventually become known as Dustin Morris unleashed a powerful spell in a panicked attempt to stop a destructive entity from wiping out the boy and his friends. Surprisingly, it worked... At the cost of the boy's past and the memories of him from all who knew him. The realization shocked the boy into a catatonic state. He was eventually found, declared an unknown orphan, and placed into a mental care facility due to his catatonia. It took ten years of care to restore him to a functional state. By that point, he'd managed to plan the steps towards his "new life" as Dustin Morris.
Certain side-effects remain of the backlash from his spell. First and foremost, he's incapable of being tracked by other mages, as well as incapable of using magic directly, due to what amounts to extensive "spiritual scarring" resulting from the incident. This has lead to his wide usage of trinkets and foci in order to cast. This method received a significant resource boost after Dustin was selected to be the new caretaker/master of a mobile, extra-dimensional repository of mystical lore and artifacts... Jokingly referred to by Dustin as "The Train Bound For Nowhere", in reference to how he got it. Occasionally, he ends up regretting the joke.
Known items that he uses for magic include:
His lighter, used for mapping-type spells.
Needles, used for locating spells.
A packet of small playing cards and an old casino chip, used to create "phantom stations" for accessing the Train.
Wooden disc marked with East Asian characters, used for limited offensive spells.
Among the few who know of his status as a magic user, there's thought that his satchel-bag has some manner of effect as well.

Allison Rios -
- Spoiler:
- Allison is a powerful magic user focusing on Illusionary Magic. She's capable of creating powerful illusions, even to the point of creating illusionary clones of herself to confuse enemies, and drawing fire for her. Allison is also capable of 'hounding', a trait which allows her to track down the source of a magic spell that has been used, and allows her to determine what type of magic was used, and how long ago. This could prove useful in the future ...
John Rios -
- Spoiler:
- John is married to Allison, and is considered a master in certain forms of Grave Magic and Talisman Magic. John is capable of raising Shades from those who have died, and able to question them. Due to the nature of Grave Magic, a raised shade cannot lie and will always answer truthfully. In addition, John can briefly channel his magic into ghosts, making them semi-corporeal and able to be questioned should the Shade itself be unobtainable. However since Ghosts can lie, or can 'freak out' and become otherwise uncooperative, this is a method of last resort. In addition, John is highly skilled in creating magical talismans. These talismans can have a wide array of functions, and have even been made as an enhancement or containment for Allison's spells. Between the two of them, they can create some potent protective, or illusionary charms that can be worn, or appear to be something you'd carry in your pocket.

Re: Current Database of Characters
Name: Dr. Albrecht Strauss
Age: Appears to be in his early 30's
Physical Appearance: 6'1", bone-white hair, red irises usually hidden by similarly-tinged sunglasses, pale skin, gaunt facial and bodily features. Picture can be found here.
Public History: Strauss is an immigrant from East Germany, having escaped and manage to seek asylum in America near on twenty years ago. His work on genetics and biological mutations are not widespread knowledge, but they ARE public knowledge. His work of late has been counteracting strange new biological weapons that have been appearing sparsely throughout the world, though he does keep much of the information about that private.
Personal Belongings: A lab coat that he never seems to misplace, his signature red sunglasses, and a replica Mauser C96 that has been rechambered for 9x19mm Parabellum rounds for personal defense.
Reason for Visiting: Following a lead on the source of a strain of virus he's been researching, Strauss came to Racoon City hoping to find evidence of where it was being produced, before all hell broke loose.

Redacted History:
- Spoiler:
- In actuality, Albrecht Strauss was a member of the SS Medical Corps during World War 2. Part of his duties involved analyzing a new strain of organism that had been found deep inside The Black Forest, as part of the Third Reich's attempts at creating a supersoldier. Unfortunately for him, the first test of the serum yielded subpar results. Almost losing himself to the rampant mutations and disfiguration that it brought, Strauss managed to rein in the monster he had become, and retain a somewhat-normal appearance. Realizing that this was NOT the ideal body, nor would others likely be as logical and calm about the transformation, he decided it best to keep all information about the organism to himself, and destroy all copies and samples the lab had, fleeing into the night. Living out his life in East Germany after the war, he eventually learned of the goings-on of the outside world, no longer able to age thanks to the gifts he'd bestowed upon himself. Hearing how far medical knowledge had come, he decided to once more be of use to the world, and escaped East Germany, receiving full asylum in America.
