Name: Christopher Andrews.

Species: Abnormal (was once human but was changed due to exposure to the source blood). True nature of abnormality sealed or unknown.

Known Biological Facts: Chris was once human before he intentionally injected a massive amount of the source blood into his own body, causing him to become an extremely powerful super-abnormal. It is believed that he is more than a match for any one single member of the original five given his knowledge of abnormals, and his tactical mind. Paired with an ability to teleport himself anywhere at anytime he chooses, he is widely considered to be one of the foremost threats to any hostile abnormal or entity that wishes harm upon humans or his allies at the sanctuary.

Powers: It is widely known that Chris is capable of teleporting. However his mind does appear to be significantly sharper than most other abnormals, and he displays a remarkable ability to learn and understand even the most complex of things in a very short period of time. He considers this to be both a blessing, and a curse. Rumors persist amongst a small number of people that there is something else about Chris, some other power that is kept hidden away from everyone else.

Chris has revealed to some of the Sanctuary team that he is in fact also a Vampire.

The rest of this subjects file for abilities is sealed by order of the Global Sanctuary Network Leaders.

Light Background History: Chris was once a human who sought to understand the world of abnormals after a chance encounter at the age of twelve with a Yeti. He later would discover this Yeti was in fact the "Big Guy" at the Calgary Sanctuary, though not for many years. Eventually he managed to trace the source of all abnormal life to a specific strain of blood, and sought to acquire it and learn from it. Eleven years ago he managed to track down a sample of this blood, which was revealed after a massive earthquake rocked South America. However in reaching his goal, he drew the anger of a shadow network known as the Cabal. Hunted until he was cornered, Chris willingly injected the blood into himself, knowing it would cause him to change, and that it was his only chance of surviving. Details of what happened are sketchy at best, but it is believed that it was he who caused the Chicago Slaughter event, and the Cabal soldiers were the victims. Eventually he came to the Sanctuary after learning of it's existence, and after several months, became close friends with Dr. Helen Magnus. He has now become a mainstay at the Calgary Sanctuary, working for the greater good, realizing his life long dream of making a difference where it matters.

Miscellaneous Facts: Chris has mentioned several times about a former lover of his having been killed by the Cabal. She was evidently an abnormal herself, and seemed to be able to manipulate fire. Despite the fact it's been almost twelve years since her death, he appears to still have not let it go, and some believe he won't until the Cabal are all dead.

He is aware of Ashley Magnus' interest in him, however he can't seem to bring himself to move on and begin something with her at this time, despite acknowledging to this author that there is at least a part of him interested in her.

Species: Unknown Long Lived Abnormal.

Known Biological Facts: Helen Magnus is the Daughter of the great Gregory Magnus, and both of their names are extremely well known amongst the abnormal communities. Even those who are not a part of the Sanctuary Network know of her name and reputation as a friend to abnormal life. Helen is somewhat immortal due to her gift from the source blood. She has jet black, shoulder length black hair, and is an avid adventurer. She's not your sit behind the desk type of leader, she is more than willing to hit the front lines herself, and in fact does so at every chance.

Powers: No true powers, however Helen can not die due to aging.

Light Background History: Helen Magnus became head of the global Sanctuary Network seventeen years ago. She is well known for her ability to speak thirty or so different abnormal languages, as well as a dozen or so human languages. She credits her long life to her being able to master so many. Quick of mind, she is also someone you want on your side in a fight, and not for an enemy. She's been a part of the Sanctuary Network since she was a teenager, and has a very strong idea of what abnormals want, or are afraid of.

Known Biological Facts: John is a bit of a mystery man. He appears to have a very wicked sense of humor, sometimes bordering on perverse or satanic. He is bald, however his confidence in himself never diminished as one might expect from someone of his stature. The right side of his upper mouth is marred by a single scar that appears to have been inflicted by a knife, perhaps self inflicted? A relatively tall, slender man, he is far stronger and tougher than he appears to be.

Powers: John has the ability to teleport at will, almost identical to Chris's ability. John also appears to be a very skilled swordsman and has detailed medical knowledge, especially regarding anatomy. He also appears to be unable to die due to aging.

Light Background History: John is actually Jack the Ripper, something years ago having caused him to go insane and commit those murders. A year ago he was tortured by Nikola Tesla after refusing to help him revive the vampire race. This electro-shock torture seems to have changed John somehow, returning him to a sane person again, though Helen Magnus fears one day he will revert to his old habits. Most people are unaware of his former life unless specifically told, or have read his file since his reappearance last year.

Miscellaneous Facts: John does not mince words in combat, he simply fights with a passion unmatched by anyone.

Known Biological Facts: Ashley is a blonde haired ass kicking woman. Highly trained in the use of martial arts and weapon use, she's not the type of lady you want to piss off or attack. A strong willed woman in her own right, she does however seem to be highly attracted to Christopher Andrews, a fact not lost on her mother, who has actually encouraged the relationship, going as far as to pair the two of them on missions so they can better get to know each other.

Powers: Ashley, while she is human, is very skilled in the use of any kind of weapon, as well as hand to hand martial combat. She's not to be taken lightly despite being a human.

Light Background History: Ashley is the daughter of two source blood creations, Helen Magnus and John Druitt. She never gained any abilities of her own, and due to her having been frozen as an embryo for so long, she technically is well over a hundred years old, just not physically since 'birth'. She's been a part of the Sanctuary Network since she was old enough to use a weapon, constantly training and looking to make herself better in life, and more prepared for the dangers that often lie in this line of work.

Miscellaneous Facts: Ashley has a rather cavalier attitude towards death, mostly from her confidence in her own abilities. The few times she's actually needed back-up, Chris has been there to help out, so she has naturally developed an attitude of being untouchable.

Known Biological Facts: Clara is a very mischievious girl who's only just mastered her powers. She's something of a practical jokester, and has developed a bit of a crush on Will Zimmerman. However she's too strong willed to admit just yet she likes him, and always seems to avoid the subject. Rumor has it however she might be a little bi-curious.

Powers: Clara possesses the ability to become invisible due to her highly photo-sensitive skin. She's only just now mastered her gift.

Light Background History: Clara lived a normal life until about the time she was 16. One night while coming home, she was attacked by several men. Her fear of the situation suddenly triggered her natural invisibility. Unsure of what was happening, both men hesitated long enough that she was able to escape, not realizing she was invisible until after she had gotten home, and realized she couldn't see herself in her mirror. The shock of this snapped her out of her invisibility, and ever since then Clara has done her best to develop her power. Six months ago she was caught trying to steal items from a store using her power, ironically by Dr. Magnus, who had become aware of her existence after Nigel Griffin's death. How exactly Helen caught her while she was invisible is something both women refuse to discuss, and it was never included in the files.

Miscellaneous Facts: Clara is the type of girl you can hang out with and have a fun time with, provided you don't try to make any advances upon her. She's curious about the act, but still has an innate fear of being hurt when someone else initiates flirting, or flirts back, unless it's Will. She has mastered her ability further than her Grandfathe and Mother did, able to become fully invisible even while fully clothed.

Species: Abnormal.

Known Biological Facts: Dr. James Watson is a tall, old man who's mind is still as sharp as it was over a century ago. Physically he seems frail and fragile, and in fact he would be even more so without the full body suit he wears which keeps his body in a state of semi-permanent youth and regeneration. While he's not a fighter physically, his mental sharpness more than makes up for his lack of physicality.

Powers: Dr. Watson's mind and intellect have been greatly enhanced far beyond that of any human. Dr. Watson did not garner the ability to stop aging, and thus created a device similar to a power suit that stops his aging and keeps him in somewhat good condition. However, because this suit is a bit rigid and is a full body suit, he is unable to really fight effectively with his body, as his mobility is still somewhat limited. The power source for this device is unknown, however it seems he maintains it pretty well. Watson instead uses his mind for all manner of thought, and can even use it to defeat some opponents by psychology.

Light Background History: Watson was once extremely close friends with John Druitt before the other man was discovered to be Jack the Ripper ... nearly six years after Watson had started on the case. As such, Watson has a bit of a bitter taste in his mouth when dealing with John, as he's never forgiven him, despite his recent change of mind state, for lying to him and playing him for a fool. Watson is extremely proud of his powers of deduction, and even more so of his ability to mentally "see" things with his mind that others would fail to see, including visually reconstructing a place perfectly in his mind. Watson is fluent in all forms of Latin, and there has never been a riddle presented to him that he hasn't solved. Only once has he ever been stumped in solving a mystery, that being the Ripper cases.

Miscilaneous Facts: Watson refuses to speak about his current relationship or thoughs regarding John Druitt. Anything else however he is more than willing to talk about.

Name: Nikola Tesla

Place of Birth: Smiljan, Austrian Empire (Modern day Croatia)
Species: Abnormal (Half Sanguine Vampirus), aka Half Vampire.

Known Biological Facts: Nikola appears to be a rather unintimidating person, widely considered by most who first meet him to be a rather uninteresting specimen of a man, and no threat. This however is FAR from the truth, as behind the 'mask' lies an extremely powerful, and deadly creature. His hair is short cropped and brown in color, and his teeth are unnaturally white when viewed.

Powers: Nikola has been transformed into a half vampire, who can extend claws capable of rending even the strongest of steel armors. His strength surpasses that of any human, while he is a little bit faster on foot. However, his seemingly 'patented' ability lies in his strange ability to manipulate electrical currents with seeming ease. A typical example of this would be for Nikola to snap off a large power cable that is still active, then placing one hand within it and channeling the current through his body, and out of his other arm towards his enemies. He has always been seen to use this power after transforming into his vampiric state, leading this file's creator to believe he must be in vampiric form to conduct this feat.

Light Background History: After Nikola became a vampire, he set about learning everything he could of the race, eventually stumbling upon the long dead race's archivial records. He hid this from his friends, and began researching. Sometime fifty years or so ago, he concluded that the race was 'wrongly killed off' and should never have died to begin with. He has made it a personal mission to do whatever he can in an attempt to revive the race, feeling he is the heir to their great libraries of knowledge and power, almost to the point of a god complex. Several times he has tried tactics to revive them, and most failed miserably. However, a year ago Nikola made a break-through, managing to create a simplistic zombie version of his kind. This drew the ire of the Cabal, who attempted to track him down and kill him. Around this time, he attempted to draw John Druitt, and later Helen Magnus into his web of insanity, looking for their help in his project, and their approval. When John refused his offer, Nikola flew into a rage and tortured him, inadvertently shocking him back into his right mind, and turning him 'good' again. Later on Helen Magnus also refused his offer, even trying to vainly kill his creations, and him. In the end, John came to her rescue, teleporting behind Nikola and thrusting his fist into Nikola's chest, ripping out his heart. It is believed that Nikola has been killed due to this, and officially that is what is listed.

Miscellaneous Facts: At the present time, Nikola Tesla is believe to have been killed by John Druitt. However there are some who are not so certain of his demise.

Species: Yeti.

Known Biological Facts: Being a Yeti, the big guy is covered in fur, and has extremely sharp teeth. The big guy is actually the basis for most of the "bigfoot" sightings. Yeti skin is extremely tough, so tough in fact that normal bullets are incapable of piercing their skins.

Powers: Yeti such as the big guy are much stronger than humans. They also have an extremely advanced sense of smell, capable of actually determining if a person is lying just based off the strength of their fear scent. They are also extremely tough to injure, and when they are injured, they heal unnaturally fast.

Light Background History: The big guy has been a part of the Sanctuary ever since Helen Magnus saved his life back in 1951. He had shown up at the doors of a church in Chicago, Illinois, half dead from having been beaten badly by a massive mob group who feared what he was. His encounter with a priest there known as Father Thomas led to him eventually meeting Helen Magnus, and this in turn eventually led to him arriving in Calgary. Helen Magnus healed his wounds, taking the time to nurse him back to health, even though he at the time was certain she would fear him just like everyone else. When she didn't, and offered him the chance to stay under her protection, even to lend a hand in helping other abnormals who were hunted much like he had been, he realized what she stood for, and immediately swore to stand by her side, and help for as long as he continued to live. He considers Helen Magnus to be much like a sister to him due to this, and has vowed to sacrifice his own life at any time if it means her survival. By virtue, he considers all members of the Sanctuary Teams under her guidance to be a family to him, and would willingly lay his life on the line for any of them.

Miscellaneous Facts: The Big Guy strangely enough has a major liking for Sci-Fi, which he hides from most everyone he doesn't know very well.

Known Biological Facts: Henry doesn't appear to be physically intimidating in human form, however when he changes into his werewolf form, he is truly a terrifying sight. Henry is extremely gifted when it comes to electronics and science, and is considered to be the best technician the Sanctuary Network has to offer. This is an opinion that no one bothers arguing, as no one has ever shown the ability to adjust on the fly or repair/set up tech anywhere near as fast as Henry can.

Powers: Henry is capable of transforming into an extremely powerful werewolf. Very strong and extremely tough to kill, in full form Henry is literally capable of trashing a tank. He's always afraid of turning on his friends, and as such tries hard not to use this gift, even at one time considering the possibility of undergoing a surgery that would have made him completely human. Ultimately, he decided to embrace his power, and try to learn to control it, however thus far he feels he has not mastered control, and uses it very sparingly.

Light Background History: Henry grew up as a normal human, graduating Harvard at the top of his electronics classes with ease. A chance encounter twelve years ago with the big guy led to him meeting Helen Magnus. When he discovered the level of technology the people at the Sanctuary used, and realized he might one day see his own abnormal nature begin to surface, he took the idea of working with these people and maintaining their systems as a personal challenge. There are some who believe that due to his improvements of the systems and his creations for defenses, that the Calgary Sanctuary is the most heavily fortified, and well run the entire network has. They are probably right.

Known Biological Facts: Will seems to be a bit shorter than he actually is due to his more slender frame. However, he is actually quite strong, and works out twice a week in an effort to keep up with the daily demands on his body, given he's one of the retrievers for the Sanctuary. He has short brown hair, and sometimes is seen to wear glasses, though usually only for reading.

Powers: Will technically doesn't have any super powers, although there are some who compare his mental intellect and problem solving abilities to Dr. James Watson's.

Light Background History: Will discovered the Sanctuary by complete accident, working several murder cases that were actually abnormal incidents. The first one that he worked on he would later find out was the case involving Christopher Andrew's slaughter of the then unknown Cabal soldiers. Later he was involved in a homicide investigation carried out by a rather chilling abnormal, which was something of a parasitic creature attached to a young boy. When it sensed fear, it would attack fearing that other's fear was a sign of aggression, and intent to harm it or the boy. In self defense, it would lash out and attack anyone who showed fear of it. Will met with Helen Magnus, who offered him a new job where he could understand these creatures, and help to protect them, and stop other such bizarre cases from ever reaching the public eye. After experiencing first hand the capabilities these wonderous beings were capable of, he made up his mind to start a new life, and has been working for Helen Magnus since 2008.

Miscellaneous Facts: Will was once forcibly altered using genetic therapy to turn him into an abnormal previously never seen before. He was later returned to his human state, and as such, nothing was ever truly learned of the type of abnormal he became, and nothing like it has ever been seen again, leading us to believe that it was a random mutation brought on by genetic manipulation.

Known Biological Facts: Kate is a strikingly attractive woman of Indian descent, with brown eyes and shoulder length jet black hair. A willful, and often stubborn girl, she's never bought into the role that women can't match men with anything they want to, and never bought into the whole "settling down" bit. However, events in the last year have forced her to realize that there is more to life than just looking out for herself, and she's become quite an impressive agent of the Sanctuary Network. Currently
she resides in Calgary, but works as more of an outside person for Helen Magnus than an actual true member.

Powers: Kate has no supernatural powers, however she seems to have a natural affinity for tracking abnormals, and bringing them back in one piece, often times in the cases of a sentient one, with them agreeing to.

Light Background History: Very little is known about Kate other than when she was young her father was killed in a mob hit. Her mother is still alive, along with her brother, though she has nearly no contact with them. It's uncertain as to how she became a member of the Sanctuary Network, or what she did before then. It was never included in her entry information details, possibly on purpose.

Miscellaneous Facts: Kate is the kind of girl who has never really considered the possibility of starting a relationship with anyone, perhaps in fear of being rejected due to her sometimes abrasive nature, or perhaps in fear of losing someone because she's not a 'typical' girl.

Declan Anderson:
Age: 40
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 190
Place of Birth: Norfolk, England.
Species: Human.

Known Biological Facts: Declan is the head of house of the UK Sanctuary, and has been there since he was 31. He has short, just starting to turn grey hair, and is actually a far more intimidating presence than his bio stats would suggest. He hasn't lost any of his strength, and he's a decent martial artist as well.

Powers: Declan is completely human, however he's been highly trained in the needed techniques a member of the Sanctuary Network needs in order to survive and be successful.

Light Background History: It's unsure of how or why Declan became involved with the Sanctuary Network, though many suspect is has to do with the fact he's always been curious about these creatures. Whatever the case, Declan refuses to talk about his past, and when he became the boss of the UK Sanctuary, he used his position, and friendship with Helen Magnus to have most of his file sealed away. Perhaps he is afraid of his past, or it embarrasses him.

Miscellaneous Facts: Declan enjoys his job immensely, and is a factual person. He will go with what is before him, sometimes coming across as unwilling to listen to anything that doesn't fit the facts as he see's them in front of him. In actuality, he's a very reasonable man, and even though he doesn't show it most of the time, anything suggested that differs from what he see's in facts is considered in careful detail before he makes any decision. This is most likely why he has been so successful as a head of house.

Name: Sally
Age: Unknown
Height: Roughly 5'9"
Weight: Est 287 Pounds.
Place of Birth: Bermuda Triangle Area.
Species: Mermaid.

Known Biological Facts: Sally is a female mermaid, part of an extremely rare, and endangered species of abnormal. Like all mermaids, she is an extremely intelligent being, and very peaceful. In fact, the entire species simply refuses to engage in any kind of combative posture, and since they only feed on algae and the like, they don't even kill for food. They are perhaps the most peaceful race of abnormal on the planet, and this may be a large reason as to why their numbers have shrunk to be near extinction levels.

Powers: Sally, like all of her species is completely aquatic. In the water, they are unmatched by anything natural in speed and agility. Only human boats can actually match them or truly pose a threat to them, which unfortunately is a large reason they are endangered. Many ships harm them without ever realizing it, a fact not lost to those trying to protect the species. It is also of note that the species is very highly telepathic, capable of actually speaking to members of their own race anywhere across the globe at any time, and even communicating with sentient abnormal species over distances of seven hundred miles. They also appear to be highly sensitive to the disturbances caused in the natural progression of life when abnormals they don't know already get within a hundred miles of them. Because of their highly advanced minds, they are completely immune to any kind of mind altering techniques. Another, somewhat intriguing ability they have is to be able to project images into the minds of any creature within a seventy five mile radius, provided they have actually met their intended target at least once before and brushed their mind in introduction.

Light Background History: Sally came to this Sanctuary ten years ago after she was rescued on an expedition to the Cayman Islands. Something had happened to the mermaids there that had led to them vanishing without a trace, and Sally was the sole survivor of the event, likely because she had broken off from her kind to investigate a human swimming, out of curiosity. Scared half out of her mind, when the Sanctuary first found her, she was nearly unresponsive. Finally, she emerged from her shell, and when she was offered a place to stay far away from the location, she eagerly agreed. Since then, she has used her mental powers to help the Sanctuary on numerous occasions.

Miscellaneous Facts: Sally loves to swim inside her large tank, which is complete with a surface level for her to surface when she chooses to. She absolutely loves it when anyone enters her tank to swim with her.

Known Biological Facts: Miranda is a typical medusa in the fact her hair is composed of living snakes, and she's blind in her human eyes. However, even for a Medusa, she is strikingly attractive, to the point where on several occasions humans who have found out what she really was have still been romantically interested in her. However she has never actually gotten involved with any of them, for reasons no one fully understands. It isn't because she hates humans, or because she considers that beneath her, she just simply hasn't found the right type of being to become romantically involved with. Only once has she been in a relationship, with another Medusa. However he was killed last year, leaving her without a mate coming into the most critical time of her life. Miranda's snakes are a garden green in color, which likely adds to the exotic appeal she has.

Powers: Medusae are capable of extremely accurate sensing. Their sense of 'radar' so to speak is so highly advanced, they may as well be able to see with their human eyes. They can discern features of a person that a blind person would never be able to determine by mere touch alone. They also appear to be capable of sensing anything or anyone within a mile of them, though it's not certain exactly how much normally they pay attention to this sense when regarding humans. The Snakes on a Medusa's head are capable of injecting a paralytic poison that will render all but vampires immobile for a short period of time. This makes them very good at defending themselves against attackers up close, and for bringing back dangerous abnormals that would otherwise be too dangerous to attempt bringing in.

Light Background History: Miranda was actually born at the Calgary Sanctuary, however her mother who was gravely injured at the time of her birth did not survive. Her father helped to raise her along with the Sanctuary team, and was a major part of her life up until he was killed two months ago by Cabal soldiers. Miranda has vowed to avenge his death, as well as the death of her first mate a year ago, no matter how long it takes.

Miscellaneous Facts: Miranda secretly has feelings for Chris, though she has kept this hidden, knowing of Ashley's interest in him, and of his previous relationship. Miranda knows Chris is still not able to move past that day, and keeps her feelings hidden out of respect. She also has begun to realize that she has a slight interest in both Kate Freelander, and Clara Griffin, though as of yet she has not done anything to explore those interests. She keeps mostly to herself unless she needs to communicate with her team mates, leading many to believe she's anti-social. In actuality, she's a very social being, she's just shy and afraid of saying something wrong, either offending someone, or else wise ruining the moment. However, she is an excellent agent of the network, and has permanent residence at the Calgary Sanctuary. Like all Medusae, Miranda must mate once a year after reaching 25 years of age in order to remain sane and continue to live. As her 25th birthday is approaching soon, she has started trying to figure out what she's going to do about it when the time comes, since her original mate was killed a year ago.

Known Biological Facts: Subject's blood appears to be a slightly darker shade than human norm. It also seems to have a high viscosity than human norm.

Powers: Ability to "manipulate" shadow-like matter. Known "techniques" below.

Shadow Chain - Able to manifest a long chain of smoky darkness. Capable of manipulating things as if it were a rope/whip. A shadowy black gauntlet manifests on his right forearm when he's getting ready to attack, or has recently finished an attack. Occasionally manifests with a spiked ball attached to the end, like a morning star flail. Also has been seen on rare occasions with an anchor attached to the end.

Shadow Mist - Two uses of this. One use is purely shifting into a smoke/mist-like cloud. In this case, the cloud takes the appearance of black smoke, and can safely dissapate to nearly invisible shadows. Second use is sort of a teleportation, or gravity-less "superspeed" ability. Does have limited solidity, so air-tight seals interfere with the ability. The "teleportation" use is exceptionally fast, to the point of being effectively impossible to interrupt in progress.

Shadow Puppets - Can create shadowy decoys at range. While clearly made entirely of the dark, shadowy matter that Michael manipulates, he's gotten kind of skilled at using them in dark corners and alleys to fake his location. He's also been know to transit between decoys while in "mist form', furthering confusion as to his true location.

Shadow Garb - Used to create necessary clothing, always in darker shades. As the clothes are made out of manipulated shadow, they're very hard to successfully tear or damage. So far, this is the only ability mastered to the point of being able to completely remove the bright light vulnerability from.

Light Vulnerability - Exceptionally bright lights can disrupt most of the shadow manipulation abilities, such as suddenly being caught in full-blast from flood lights, or a flashbang going off nearby. This vulnerablity will either cause a "short-out" which effectively destroys the active effect (in the case of a solid effect like the Chain) or it will cause severe injuries, for abilities like the Mist. Only the clothing ability currently has a total immunity from this weakness.

Other uses of shadow manipulation theorized, but remain undiscovered / untested.

Light Background Facts: The man who is currently calling himself Michael Umbral is an escapee from a Cabal testing facility. According to him, after graduating high school in 2006, he was captured by the Cabal late in the year, experimented on, and from those experiments gained his ability to manipulate shadows. He escaped some time in mid-to-late 2007, and has been on the run since. It's unsurprising that he's had several run-ins with Cabal teams, as well as a single, direct encounter with Sanctuary personnel where he stated that at that time he was unwilling to deal with them. However, he's under the belief that the tone of the Cabal's actions have changed recently, and may have extremely covertly aided Sanctuary efforts against the Cabal in response. He also has suspicions that his own abilities may be changing some as well.

Miscellaneous Facts: Michael has shown fluency in several languages, including, but believed to not be limited to, English, Spanish, German, Latin, Arabic, Hebrew, and Romanian. He's also somewhat skilled at ventriloquism. He has been spotted in various locations by Sanctuary personnel either seeking to acquire, or studying, various books and written materials. There has also been reports of no less than five different conflicting stories overheard about his pre-imprisonment past, and each is believed to be a deliberate lie, perhaps told to protect any surviving relatives.

Physical Description: Thin but lean, Winona carries the delicate features of her Native american upbringing. Long black hair, almond eyes and tanned skin, and while she still favours traditional clothings and leathers, the woman tends more towards jeans and simple shirts to help blend in. She does look stunning in a dress, on the rare occasions she's worn one.

That is the least unassuming of her forms, however. The woman has demonstrated shapeshifting abilities similar to werewolves, but with a much greater range of forms. She posesses four in total.The 'lilian' form most closely resembles the similar analogue in a werewolf, a bizarre mix of human and spider, with herfangs on full display, extra eyes appearing along the ridge of her cheekbones, and four spidery limbs growing out of her sides, chitin covering them and elsewhere along her body.

More impressive still is the 'pithus' form, which is entirely spider, but to a gargantuan scale. While still a fraction of the size of Big Bertha (Who she claims to have no knowledge of, past what was presented to her from Sanctuary files), she still occupied the space of a small economy car when her legs are folded in close. The exoskeleton in this form is sturdy enough to deflect small arms fire with decent reliability, as well as showing impressive strength on it's own, using her forelegs as weapons .

The final form is much less overt, though in no way less impressive. Her entire form disintegrates into a mass of ordinary-sized spiders, most commonly used to escape a conflict she feels she is losing. She calls this the 'crawlerling' form.

Note that in all forms with arachnid features, the patterns and comparative dimensions do not match any known arachnid species.

Known Biological Facts:
In human form, Winona retains some arachnid features, though they are well hidden. She keeps the Blue/green blood of arachnids, as well as a pair of fangs that can extend out her mouth on thin jackknife chelicera. Internal scans show she has a markedly different organ structure than the normal human, as well, including book lungs and the lack of a human heart.

The venom she carries seems to be weaker in her human form, able to incapacitate a victim, wheras in her lilian or pithus forms it can outright kill.

Winona is purely carnivorous, feeding in a way similar to arachnids, but also able to subsist on meat itself if ordinary feeding is untenable, or she needs to appear human.

Powers: Besides the strength and agility granted to her by her different forms, she also produces a paralytic toxin, delivered via bite. In appropriate forms, she is also capable of producing webbing. Her room in the Sanctuary is coated almost entirely, complete with an aerie for her to sleep in, and a pair of hammocks for when she entertains guests.

She has proven to have an apt mind for puzzles and games of strategy as well, proving a capable opponent to even Helen in their infrequent games of chess.

Light Background History: Winona showed up at a nearby Sanctuary one day, claiming to be an ambassador for her kind, which were a previously-unknown form of abnormal. None of the examined other people from her Tribal lands appear to be abnormal, but she claims to be in contact with a vast network of others like her. Given her unique circumstances, she was asked to transfer to the Calgary Sanctuary so she could deal more closely with Helen and others who hold a more prominent role in the Sanctuary network, a posting she agreed with readily.

Her kind occupy a middle ground between the surface and Hollow Earth. Most of them were born above, but once their natural abilities come to light and they're inducted into the Greater Web, they tend to live underground, though most remain active above ground, avoiding Praxians and other abnormals from Hollow Earth entirely. Winona has not informed the Sanctuaries of this, or indeed anything about the others of her race, past the fact that they exist, and have chosen her as a spokeswoman.

It has been a few years since her original introduction to the Sanctuary, and little has changed since. For the most part, she is autonomous from the crew, though quite often she asks or is asked to join missions, where her unique insight and ability to sneak into places protected from the teleporters among the squad has proven invaluable.

Known Biological Facts: Short, blond hair covers this pale girl's head, some of her hair constantly covering over her right eye.

Both eyes colored a deep crimson, with a slight glow in the case of dark areas. Often, she is garbed in a blue t-shirt, purple skirt, and a well-worn trenchcoat, with military-grade boots for her shoes. Tends to keep a worn carpet bag strapped over one shoulder.
Powers: Sarah is a known carrier of a modified strain of the NecroTech Incident virus, having had severe tampering to it's genome by both her mother and then herself over the years of confinement during the Malton Incident. Should fatal injury occur, she will eventually return to a semi-living state, with all the shortcomings and advantages of such a situation can give.

Outside of her mutation, she is a quick thinker, if a bit rash and having a tendency to be sarcastic. Several quirks of her character can be seen due to her original locations pre-Sanctuary, such as rashness, tendency to work alone, complete disregard for self-preservation, twitchy upon being surprised, and incompetent social skills. She is also highly acrobatic, and quite possibly a contortionist under certain duress.

* Adept firearm user, specializing in handguns and akimbo pistol use.
* Necrosis virus cotangent - Upon suffering major fatal injury, has the ability to enter a 'zombie' state, increasing agility and pain tolerance after the transformation. Not a contagion risk due to certain DNA quirks.
* Specialized serum use allows for further augmentation of her abilities - Most serums are highly unstable out of necrosis state, with the exception of a specific serum. Currently serum doses have been developed for 15 Minute, 30 Minute, and 1 Hour intervals of transformation. Has tendency to try and recover samples of abnormal DNA to continue serum experimentation.
** Horror Prime - Mutation allows for increased strength severely. Five tentacles form from her back, three formed with small, rosebud-shaped heads filled with tons of teeth, the other two armed with twin, vicelike claws. Unstable as human.
** Sakura - Mutation causes increased agility and flexability, slight patches of snake-style scales on her arms and hips, and twenty or similar tentacles formed into her back, and fangs that can secrete poisonous fluids. Unstable as human.
** Seraph - Mutation causes short wings to evolve from the hips and shoulder blades, and a undecorated tail to extend from the spine, as well as finger and toenails to develop into sharper claws. Some form of mind-deadening pheremone is secreted from this specific mutation, muting the mental processes of many creatures, while the wings are capable of allowing sustained gliding. Unstable as human.
** Eldrich - Mutation causes the subject to go into a incorporeal state, causing the form to be unable to interact directly with physical objects. Telekinetic powers are able to develop, although her body also develops physical transformation, in the form of three extra limbs mutating from her back and shoulder blades, and a third eye to form on her forehead. Surprisingly, stable as both human and necrosis.
** More serums could possibly be developed as time goes on.

Light Background History: A survivor of the NecroTech Malton Incident, Sarah was originally captured by the Cabal during the rushed evacuation of the incident area. Transported to Compton, Ohio, experiments were done on the poor girl before her release into the custody of the Sanctuary.

Sarah assisted the Sanctuary well during her early days, even though the location took a major downside from the mad attacks from the Cabal. Assisting in earlier operations, Sarah is self-conscious about her potential harm with her strange genetics, but is more than willing to assist against an organization that seems far, far too evil for it's own good.

Miscellaneous Facts:
* Has been known to carry most of her possessions in previously-mentioned carpet bag, all without any form of outward stress on the bag's part.
* Necrosis mutation always seems to reform into a very specific wound pattern upon resurrection. Theorized first wounds ever inflicted to subject that led to fatal injury.
* Main weapon choice is a standard police-issue Service Pistol and revolver-standard Magnum, as well as rarely a pump-action shotgun.

Known Biological Facts: Due to being able to absorb electricity she has been able to sustain herself off the electricity itself.

She can go extended amounts of time without eating or drinking by living off electricity but eventually must still acquire food to restore herself after a while. Depending on how much electrical energy she currently has stored within herself her skin begins to show a more bluish color to it with a spreading appearance of small little electrical zig-zags across her skin.

Powers: Capable of absorbing, channeling, and expelling electricity. Electrical energy absorbed can be stored within her body in a form of internal battery. Current limitations of her internal battery is currently unknown. She is capable of transforming herself into a pure electrical energy form and while in such form may use any means of transit available to electricity or the like.(moving through electrical wiring and outlets and even short range teleports through the air itself.

Known Biological Facts:

Gwen's entire body seems to be perpetually charged with electricity, enough to kill a person. She seems to have no control over if her jolts kill or not, and as a result tends to always be in a full body outfit. Direct contact with her bare skin causes a jolt, but touching her on a clothed part of her body does not. Periodically, lightning will strike her, even on clear days or nights as it always seems to home in on her, likely due to her genetic makeup. Recently Gwen has been given a transfusion of Vampire Blood, specifically from Chris, so there is no way as of yet to know what kind of long term effects will be witnessed from this procedure.
